If you want to play Tomb Raider 2013 in English, it is possible! To do this download the Tomb Raider English Language Pack and unzip the Archive. Copy the contents of this folder to "Program Files(x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\TombRaider2013" if you are using Windows 7 or 8 or to "program files" if you are using Windows XP. This will make all text in-game appear in English. Note that while playing with this language pack enabled, there may be some graphical irregularities present on screen. This is normal behavior for games which are not built for all languages that may be played within them.
